(a) Payment in full is required on the date of the tour. However, in certain cases, payment may be arranged in advance upon mutual agreement.
(b) I accept payment by cash in Euro, Egyptian Pounds or US-Dollar.
Cancellation Policy
(a) If you cancel your booking and your tour included a driver, payment to cover these expenses will be due. In the event of a no-show, no refund of the payments already made will be possible.
Changes to Itinerary and Tour Guide
(a) I reserve the right to modify the itinerary or substitute components of the tour due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather, transportation delays, or changes in local conditions.
(b) If I am unavailable, I reserve the right to provide a substitute tour guide who is also a qualified archaeologist.
(c) If I make a significant change to the itinerary prior to departure, I will notify you and offer you the choice of accepting the change or canceling your booking for free.
(d) If I make a significant change to the itinerary during the tour, I will do my best to provide a suitable alternative.
Health and Safety
(a) I strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance in advance to cover any unforeseen medical expenses, trip cancellations, or emergency evacuations.
(b) You are responsible for obtaining any necessary vaccinations and medications for the tour destination before travelling, and for complying with any local health and safety regulations.
(c) I reserve the right to refuse participation in the tour to any individual who poses a health or safety risk to themselves or others.
(d) Please ensure that you comply with all laws and regulations of the Arab Republic of Egypt to avoid potential penalties. Please note that I cannot be held responsible for any violations of these regulations.
Passport and Visa
As a traveler, it is your responsibility to ensure that you have all the necessary travel documents and that you meet the entry requirements for each country on your tour itinerary. Entry laws can vary based on your citizenship, and it is your responsibility to verify and obtain any required documents for travel and transit. Please note that I cannot obtain personal travel documents for you or assume responsibility for informing you of current requirements for your entry to the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any expenses incurred due to delays or changes to your itinerary resulting from a lack of appropriate travel documents are your responsibility. I urge you to comply with the laws and regulations of the government of the Arab Republic of Egypt, including immigration and customs laws and regulations. Failure to abide by these regulations may result in penalties, for which I will not be responsible.
Liability
(a) I will make every effort to ensure your safety and satisfaction during the tour, but I cannot be held liable for any loss, injury, or damage to property incurred during the tour.
(b) You participate in the tour at your own risk and assume all responsibility for your own safety and well-being.
(c) I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the tour or the use of any services provided.
d)
Force Majeure: I will not be held liable or responsible for any failure or delay in performing the agreed-on obligations under these terms and conditions if such failure or delay is due to an event beyond my reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, natural disasters, or any other kind of unforeseeable circumstances. In such cases, I will make every effort to minimize the impact of the event and to fulfill my obligations as soon as reasonably practicable. If the force majeure event persists, either party may terminate the tour contract without liability, except for payment obligations incurred prior to the force majeure event. I strongly recommend that you obtain travel insurance to cover any losses or expenses arising from a force majeure event.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and any disputes arising from the tour or these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
